Stressed out, strung out, overwhelmed, overworked and feeling trapped are pretty common experiences for most people. This is no way to live and it doesn’t have to be your life. Life may be filled to overflowing, but that doesn’t mean you have to feel the description above.
We can have many things on our to do list and still have a feeling of peace and harmony. The fact is those desirable feelings are always within and available to you whenever you want. You must, however, make how you feel and how you either react or respond more important if you are to live a happy, healthy, satisfying life.
There is nothing more important and powerful in life than to develop ‘Anxiety Relief’ skills. The proven and effective skills I share creates a state of feeling free from the stress response and into the relaxation response which is necessary to live a long, happy, healthy life. To experience relief from anxiety and stress starts with getting into a state of deep relaxation. The physical body follows the direction of your mind. If you are in anxiety and stress, your thoughts and feelings are coming from anxiety and stress. There is a direct connection with having a calm mind and a calm experience. You can’t be calm and relaxed if you are processing thoughts and feelings that aren’t calm and relaxed.
With my ‘Anxiety Relief’ coaching practices, you will create a deep state of being that is relaxed and open to inner guidance and direction as well as a sense that you have access to whatever you need to do today and everyday. First, you must practice the feelings of being relaxed until this state of being, which is your natural state, and becomes how you walk through life.
It is vital to make this your primary goal. You do not know what today will bring. Practicing a variety of deep relaxation techniques, you are training to be prepared and strong no matter what life brings.
